Are Your Products Royalty Free?

AbletonTemplatesHub products, such as bundles, preset packs, sound banks, sample packs, etc., are royalty-free, allowing you to use them for commercial work and releases.
However, rendering project files (or templates) and releasing the exact songs as your own original content is strictly prohibited.
You are welcome to use all samples, presets, loops, melody parts, etc, included in the project files for your productions.

How do I download my purchased products?

Right after checkout, you’ll receive an email with your personal download link.
You can also log in to your AbletonTemplatesHub account → “Downloads”.

If you don't receive the email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

What if I lose my download link?

If you lose your download link, don't worry! Simply contact us at office@abletontemplateshub.com with your order number or the email you used for the purchase, and we’ll gladly resend your download link. Make sure to back up your files once you've downloaded them to avoid future issues!
Do I need special plugins?

When you read the description of our product, you’ll notice that we specify the plugins used in the project file. It’s very important that all plugins to be updated.
What if my download doesn’t work?

Contact us within 7 days at office@abletontemplateshub.com and we’ll help right away.
Can I return or exchange a sample pack?

Because our products are digital, all sales are final.
However, if the file is corrupted or not as described, we’ll replace it or issue a refund (case by case).
